REDARC powers the 2016 Big Red Bash

REDARC are pleased to announce their sponsorship of the REDARC plaza, new for the 2016 Big Red Bash held 4th- 6th July.

The Big Red Bash is set in an iconic location in the Simpson Desert against the Big Red Dune as the stage backdrop. 3 days and night of music, dancing and all round enjoyment, this sold out festival is set to be bigger than ever.

The Big Red Bash will bring caravanners, camper trailers, four-wheel drivers, campers and recreational vehicles coming together from across the country to create a desert concert buzz over these three nights. The whole campsite will be a mini city of around 6000 people that will pop up in the desert and will be called Bashville 2016.

There will be a heap of artists performing over the three nights including Christine Anu, Paul Kelly, The Angels and returning for the second time, living Australian rock legend icon - Jimmy Barnes.

The 40m high Big Red sand dune, described as the most spectacular outdoor concert venue in Australia, will provide a breathtaking backdrop to the artists performing on stage.

Performer Jimmy Barnes said, “Looking forward to coming back to the Big Red Bash in Birdsville.  This is a unique setting for a rock 'n' roll show, combining Australian Rock 'n' Roll and an extraordinary location making it like no other gig in the World”.

Last year REDARC sponsored the Lighting Show spectacular and this year they have up the ante with the REDARC plaza new for 2016. The REDARC plaza will be the central meeting place for people to come buy food and drink, merchandize, view expo stalls or just to hand out until the concert area opens. The plaza will be located just behind the main concert area on Big Red Dune.

REDARC team members will be attending to answer all REDARC related questions and any other queries regarding going off-roading and getting the most out of any vehicle outback adventure set-up.
