REDARC will be exhibiting for the very first time at Solutrans, the biennial trade fair focusing on haulage and urban transport professionals in Lyon, France. The event takes place from the 21st to the 25th of November, with REDARC located at Stand 6 W 095.
Solutrans is where innovation and information relating to heavy goods vehicles come together. Export Manager, Craig Herriot said, “By attending key international events like Solutrans, we are able to increase our reach to international customers. The advantage of this is that we gain a better understanding of their needs and see what the latest product innovation opportunities are for REDARC on a global scale.”
Launching at Solutrans will be the next generation of REDARC’s BCDC, In-vehicle DC-DC battery chargers, featuring dual input models available in 25 and 40-amp options and include several features which make them the most advanced in-vehicle battery charger on the market.
Speaking of the BCDC’s success in Australia, Craig said, “After being released initially in Australia in late 2016 the dual range has proven to be incredibly popular, this event is the first time they have been made available for our European customers and we are hoping to achieve that same success.”
REDARC will also have several products suited for commercial and heavy vehicles on display including our including our battery management systems, smart battery isolators, DC power supplies and charge equalizers.
Craig added, “Our unique range of products are perfect for these markets where we are seeing vehicle customizers in the recreational, emergency services and commercial vehicle market having problems relating to charging an auxiliary battery bank.”
This year it’s expected that Solutrans will attract over 900 national and international exhibitors including vehicle and body equipment manufacturers, semi-trailer and trailer manufacturers, industrial vehicle body builders and dealer networks. The event will be attended by visitors from over 44 different countries.
