REDARC to attend four National and International Defence Shows

REDARC will be attending four significant defence trade shows in the coming months.

The REDARC Defence Team will join Team Defence Australia (TDA) at several international defence events including the Polish International Defence Industry (MSPO) Exhibition, the Defence and Security Equipment Internal (DSEI) event and the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) conference.

Back on domestic soil, the Defence Team will also join Defence SA at PACIFIC 2019 in Sydney.

From the 3rd to 6th of September, MSPO, being held in Kielce, Poland, is ranked third for European tradeshows (behind DSEI and Eurosatory) and is mainly focused on the land and air domains. The 2017 tradeshow saw 625 exhibitors and 34,000 attendees from over 30 countries. The TDA is exhibiting at MSPO for the first time, claiming to recognise emerging opportunities for Australian industry. The 2019 edition of the show will feature the USA as its ‘Lead nation’ and several US primes will present their achievements.

DSEI, held in London from the 10th to the 13th of September, is said to be world leading as it connects governments, national armed forces, industry thought leaders and the global defence and security supply chain. There will be a range of valuable opportunities for networking, a platform for business so that the DSEI community can innovate, share knowledge, discover and experience the latest capabilities across the Aerospace, Land, Naval, Security and Joint domains.

From the 13th to the 16th of October, REDARC will attend the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) conference and participate in their associated mission program. This valuable forum held in Washington will assist in promoting Australian capabilities and innovation among US defence industry executives and relevant defence leadership.

REDARC will present as part of the Defence SA exhibition, at PACIFIC 2019 in Sydney from the 8th to the 10th of October.

This comprehensive international exhibition is said to be the only one of its kind in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.  PACIFIC 2019 is an essential showcase for commercial maritime and naval defence industries to promote their capabilities to decision-makers from around the world.

REDARC have established themselves as a key SME in the Australian Defence sector over the past 5 years, offering a blend of commercial off-the-shelf, modified off-the-shelf and customised and build-to-print electronic solutions that improve capability, safety, flexibility of a variety of defence vehicles and applications.

REDARC has supplied their battery monitoring and power management solutions to defence vehicles domestically and internationally and have also secured several defence industry partnerships.

Managing Director, Anthony Kittel said, “We know that REDARC is well positioned to support the unique requirements of the defence Industry both now and into the future. The defence industry events are another opportunity to present REDARC’s advanced manufacturing and testing capabilities to leaders and those in a position of influence.”

The company also won the recent Defence Teaming Centre (DTC) Teaming Award for their collaboration with local SME’s, which saw the REDARC Thermal Signature Enhancement Kit delivered to the Army in March 2019. With this, the Army successfully engaged targets, for the first time, using Smart155 Precision Guided Munitions.
