REDARC named state finalist in the Telstra Business Awards

Redarc has been selected as a finalist in the South Australian Medium Business Award - a program that has celebrated brilliant Australian small and medium businesses since 1992.

Redarc is now part of an elite group of Australian businesses whose outstanding business practices have demonstrated great success and achievement.

Telstra Business Group Managing Director and Telstra Business Awards Ambassador, Will Irving, said the breadth and calibre of the 19 South Australian Awards finalists was a positive sign for the state’s economy.

"It’s fantastic to see finalists from the length and breadth of South Australia and representing such varied industries. These brilliant South Australian businesses are at the heart of many local communities and they’re the backbone of the Australian economy.

"The Telstra Business Awards recognise the brilliance of Australian businesses and help them reflect on their strategies, goals and how they can achieve a better future, but they also inspire their communities by highlighting the hard work and creative force that go into keeping a small business running, fulfilling business owners’ passions and dreams," Mr Irving said.

Managing Director, Anthony Kittel, said “being recognised as a business with outstanding practices is incredibly satisfying for our staff, we make business decisions based on what’s the best outcome for the customer and by doing this I believe we’ll continue to prosper.”

The finalists for the 2014 Telstra South Australian Medium Business Awards are:

Barossa Fine Foods - Edinburgh North

Bowhill Engineering - Bowhill

Ferguson Australia - Hendon

REDARC Electronics - Lonsdale

Waterfind Australia - Adelaide

Winners of the Telstra South Australian Business Awards will be announced at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 27 June 2014. They will proceed to the national Awards in Melbourne on 7 August.
